DAVAO CITY – Edgar Matobato was found dead on his safe house under the Philippine Witness Protection Program upon leaking the Davao Death Squad and the Extra-Judicia Killings in Davao City. He was lying in his gate when he was found. Witness says that the gunman was wearing a black mask and an M16 rifle.
